Mr. Carlos A. Lithgow, President of CAL Insurance, has over 25 years of experience working with Small Businesses, corporations and institutions by managing all aspects of their insurance and benefits needs. His expertise is vast in many aspects of Insurance and Risk Management where many Logistics companies come to him for advise of how to best manage their Contractors needs and thus develop a long term relationship with him and his staff. He has provided this Risk Consultancy expertise for both private as well as Public entities over the years and was just named to the Board of the CT Chapter of the PIA (Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc.). Mr Lithgow holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Florida International University

Eda comes to the agency with vast experience in helping customers open their Companies by advising them of what needs to be done from A to Z and then getting them the appropriate insurance needed for their business. She has previously owned and managed Garages- Dealerships, and other types of small businesses. She is tri-lingual in Spanish and Portuguese and is a trusted advisor in the Latin community. Specialty skill sets include- Opening DOT-MC numbers, EIN Numbers, IFTA Filings, Compliance reviews, DOT audit’s and inspections. Registrations for personal, commercial and IRP as well as a Notary in CT.

A highly motivated and skilled Office Manager who was integral to the transition to the Applied-Epic Agency Management system.  Putting the client first to make sure whatever is needed gets done in the most timely and efficient manner makes the office run smoothly.    

Fabiola is our International Health Insurance Analyst providing social media content and customer interaction. Prior to joining CAL Insurance, Fabiola served in international organizations as project manager, building training content, training policies and content management. Fabiola worked as Credit Risk Analyst at a bank in Peru.
